The CNJSB believes a trained & licensed coach will lead to better quality across the entire club.
To that end, the CNJSB requires every volunteer coach to obtain a minimum of an F license.
For coaches looking to further their education, the CNJSB encourages all coaches to continue on for their higher level certifications.
